After helping a company grow from 200 members to 3,000 in a little over 3 years; doubling the profits of a 13-year old business that had plateaued and tripling another company’s best-ever month, Cheryl started her own consulting business to help all types of businesses. She has presented a local business networking events, national conferences and international conferences as well. Today she will share lots of tips with you.

Mikhaela Sullivan
A teacher by training and vocation, she taught science and languages for 17 years, at the pre-university
and college levels, in Canada and Gabon, while acting as an Education consultant. She has also acted not
only as a French as a second language teacher in a specialized professional environment but also as a
trainer of trainers in French as a second language. Versatile and cultured through her background, her
deep cultural and linguistic knowledge means that she is often required for specialized and culturally
adapted translations. In 2020, she decided to redirect her career towards community organizations,
where she initially focused on the cause of violence against women, before coming to work at the
RIFCSO for causes related to Francophone immigration.
